We are located right on Nh 47 in Nandhikara, just across from that Indra Mill showroom. Being on the highway means we get a lot of dust from the heavy trucks passing by all day long. Thrissur weather can be pretty intense, so we spend half our time making sure the metal doesn't get too much rain on it. Cv Metals & Building Materials is basically a big shed filled with pipes, sheets, and bags of stuff. It’s heavy work, and our backs usually hurt by the time we close up for the evening. We don't have a lobby or a waiting room, just the counter and the stacks of materials. If you’re looking for us, just look for the big mill across the road and you’ll see our gate. We’ve been here for a while, so we know most of the local contractors who stop by in their pickups. Sometimes the traffic on Nh 47 makes it hard for people to turn into our yard, which can be a bit of a headache. We mostly just focus on getting the orders loaded up correctly. It’s a lot of counting and checking sizes. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and it gets quite loud inside when it rains. It’s just a basic building supply yard, nothing more and nothing less. We keep it honest and just try to stay on top of the inventory.
