Ravilla Kra Vidhyashram

Ravilla Kra Vidhyashram is situated in the North part of Kovilpatti - 628502. It’s a straightforward school where we don't try to be anything we aren't. The building is simple and surrounded by some open space which is nice for the kids. Kovilpatti is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so the school feels like a big family most of the time. We have classrooms that are basic but functional. There are always stacks of notebooks on the teachers' desks and charts made by students on the walls. It’s not a place with big budgets for fancy things. We just make do with what we have and focus on the lessons. The bell rings at the same time every day, and that’s the rhythm we live by. Sometimes the playground gets a bit dusty when it hasn't rained in a while, and the kids come back inside with dirty uniforms. We just tell them to brush off and get back to work. Our staff is mostly local people who live just a few streets away. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the job every day. Parents come to the gate to pick up their children and we have a quick chat about how the day went. It’s just a normal, everyday school in a quiet part of Kovilpatti. No frills, just honest work and learning.
