Our office is called Rahmath, and it is located in Tilak Nagar, Parottukonam. That’s in the Nalanchira area of Thiruvananthapuram. Weizmann Global Management Consultants Private Limited is a small firm. We don’t have a big skyscraper or a floor in a tech park. We work from this house. It’s a nice, quiet street where everyone knows each other. We spend our days dealing with management consulting, which basically means a lot of paperwork, emails, and phone calls. There are three of us usually in the office. The rooms are filled with folders and old files that have gathered over the years. We have a small table for meetings, but mostly we just sit at our own desks. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We make our own tea and sometimes share snacks that someone brought from home. We chose this location because it’s calm and away from the noise of the main city. It helps us think better when we are working on difficult problems for the businesses we help. We don’t do any big advertising or marketing. People usually find us through referrals or word of mouth. It’s a very simple operation. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets completely covered in documents. We just work through them one by one. Being in Trivandrum is good for us. The weather is okay and the people are friendly. We just focus on the consultancy work and try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out.
