Shreya Technology Services

Our office is located right near the Medical Mission Hospital in Pandalam. It’s a very good landmark to give people because everyone in the area knows exactly where the hospital is. Shreya Technology Services is a small operation. We handle things like computer repairs, networking, and general tech help for the local businesses around here. It’s mostly just two of us and a few toolkits. The area is usually quite busy with people coming and going from the hospital, so there’s always some kind of activity happening right outside our door. We’ve been based in Pandalam for a long time now. We like it here because it’s much quieter than the big cities. The work is usually pretty steady. We have our regular customers who come in whenever their laptops act up or their internet stops working. We don't use a lot of fancy technical jargon with them. We just tell them what’s broken and how much it will cost to get it running again. Sometimes we have to go out to people's houses or small offices to set up routers or fix printers. It’s actually nice to get out of the shop for a bit and see people. We don't have a big fancy website or any social media pages. We just do our work every day and hope that people are happy enough with it to come back next time they have a problem.
