Ibs Software Services,Trivandrum

We are based out of Technopark in Trivandrum, which is quite a large place if you’ve never been. Ibs Software Services has been here for a long time, watching the park grow around us. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes in, and the humidity usually hits you the moment you step outside. It’s a tech hub, sure, but our office feels more like a regular workplace where people just want to do their jobs and go home to their families. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, which can be tiring, so we take breaks to walk around the greenery they have here. The rainy season in Trivandrum is something else; we often watch the downpours from the windows while we’re working on code or reports. It’s not all high-tech glamor like people think. There are days when things don't go right and we have to sit together and figure out why. We don’t use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just build and manage software stuff. The canteen food is alright, though we mostly bring lunch from home. It’s a professional enough setup, but we keep things relaxed. No one is wearing suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We’re just part of the Technopark crowd, trying to keep our corner of the software world running smoothly without making too much of a scene or acting like we are special.
