Vinirma Consultants Pvt Ltd is based in Trivandrum, Kerala. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing our thing in the consulting world. We don't have a big, fancy office in a skyscraper. Instead, we work out of a more modest space that fits our needs just fine. The city is a good place for us, even if the humidity can be a bit much sometimes. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out how to help them with their business problems. It’s not very glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually start our day with a cup of tea and a look at the emails that came in overnight. There are only a few of us here, so we all have to do a bit of everything. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the phones ourselves. It keeps us busy. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here. There’s no dress code or corporate handbook telling us how to act. We just treat people fairly and do the work we promised to do. The office is a bit messy sometimes with all the documents and folders lying around, but we know where everything is. We’ve stayed in Trivandrum because it’s our home. We don't have any big plans to move or expand into something huge. We just like doing what we do.
