We are based in AISWARYA VILLA NO. 4, which is inside the Kerala Homes area in Mangattukonam. It's a nice little spot in Kattayikonam, Thiruvananthapuram. It doesn't really look like a typical office from the outside because it’s a house, but it works well for what we do. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up on the tables. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is great when we have a lot of work to get through. Living and working around here means we deal with the usual Trivandrum heat, so we keep the windows open or run the fans when it gets to be too much. We aren't doing anything flashy or corporate. Most days involve us sitting around the tables, talking about whatever technical project we’re on, and trying to solve bugs or update systems. We've been at this address for a bit now and we know the area well. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the villa complex just to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. It's a very practical way to run a company without all the extra overhead you find in the big IT parks. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and make sure everything is running like it’s supposed to. It’s a small group here, so we all know each other and just get the job done.
