We’ve been set up here at CSM Nagar for a while now. It's just a regular ground floor office in the Edapazhinji area of Sasthamangalam. Most people around here know the spot. We handle different kinds of solutions depending on what the local folks or businesses around need. It’s a busy part of town but we like being right in the thick of things. The team is quite small. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks one by one. There isn’t a fancy lobby or any of those modern glass partitions here. Just some desks, computers, and people working. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s much quieter. We’ve had some very long days here trying to figure out technical problems or just making sure things run right for the people who rely on us. It’s honest work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big meetings. Usually, we just grab a tea from the shop nearby and get back to it. It’s been a learning curve since we started V. T. P. L. Solution Pvt. Ltd. but we’ve managed to keep things moving. People know where to find us if they need help with a project or have a question about how something works. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If something can be done, we do it. If not, we say so. It’s better that way for everyone involved. Just keeping things grounded here on the ground floor.
