Tixar Technologies Private Limited is set up here in Vakkom. We are specifically located at Kaivalliam, which is building number 446. It is over by the Vakkom post office. It’s a local spot, nothing too fancy or high-tech looking from the outside. We spend our time working inside this building. People around here know the area well. It isn't a massive corporate park or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the mail gets a bit mixed up because of the house numbers, but we manage. The weather gets quite warm in Vakkom, especially in the afternoons. If you are looking for us, you just head toward the post office area. It is a humble setup. We don't have big neon signs or anything. It is just Kaivalliam. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. The office space is comfortable enough for what we need. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. It's more of a local operation. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive throughout the day. Vakkom is a nice place to be based out of. It’s peaceful.
