You can find us on the first floor of Capital Tower, right on Kumarapuram Main Road. Telnet Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a busy area, especially during the morning commute when everyone is trying to get into the city. Inside our office, it’s usually a mix of clicking keyboards and people talking on phones. We deal with digital setups and all those technical things that businesses need to keep their internet and systems running. Some days it feels like we are just chasing cables and trying to figure out why a server decided to stop working for no reason. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group that knows our way around a network. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware sitting around waiting to be configured. We usually grab lunch from the small shops downstairs because it’s quick and easy. Sometimes customers come in looking frustrated because their tech failed them, and we do what we can to sort it out. It’s mostly just troubleshooting and setting things up so people can do their own jobs without worrying about the wires. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of screens, and coffee mugs that probably need washing. It’s a decent place to work if you like solving puzzles every day.
