You can find us at Chithira, T.C No. 42/2407 (1) in Vivekananda Nagar. We are over in the Pangode area, near Thirumala P.O. It’s a nice residential part of town, which makes for a peaceful work environment. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. Techgencia is just a small outfit. We’ve been in this Vivekananda Nagar spot for some time. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and cables. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we get by. We don’t really do big meetings or have a receptionist. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We spend our hours on technical work and trying to keep things running. It’s pretty quiet around here usually, except for the occasional street noise. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don’t have a lot of rules about what to wear or how to sit. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture. Just some chairs that are mostly comfortable and enough light to see what we are doing. It's just us doing our thing in a simple way.
