Our place is located in Lakshmi Vihar, which is over in the Vellaikkadavu area of Nedumangad. It is a bit of a drive out from the main Thiruvananthapuram city center, but we like it because it is quieter here. The address is TC 35/1042, and you can usually find us inside working through whatever technical issues are on the list for the day. It’s a typical setup with computers and coffee mugs scattered around. We started this because we wanted to do something with technology right here in Kerala. It is a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no big HR department or fancy lobby to wait in. You just walk in and we are right there. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just how it is. We spend a lot of our time just testing things and making sure they work before they go out. It isn’t always exciting, but it keeps us busy. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise. On most days, we are just happy to have a steady flow of work and a roof over our heads. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just focus on doing a decent job for whoever needs our help. There isn't much more to it than that.
