Tauapp Solutions Private Limited is located at House No.Vh20, Valayil House, which is up on Vikramapuram Hill in Kuravankonam. This is in the Kowdiar area of Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view is decent and it’s much quieter than being down on the main road. The office is essentially a residential house that we use for our business. It has a very homey feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold office block. We work in the different rooms of the house, and it feels much more relaxed. There is a small porch where we sit sometimes when we need a break from the screens. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor manager watching over us. We are just a group of people who know each other well and work together every day. The Vikramapuram area is very green and peaceful. We’ve got some desks crammed into the living area and more stuff in the back rooms. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. When we have visitors, we usually just offer them a seat in the main room and maybe some tea if we have any made. It’s a very simple and direct way of doing things. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation; we just like our hill-top office and the work we do here.
