Talewynd Llp

Talewynd is run out of Flat 3D in the Artech Deepam building. It’s located in Mughakkad. Working from an apartment means we don't have that typical office feel. It’s a lot more casual here. We have our computers set up in the main living area, and that’s where all the work happens. Since it’s an LLP, there are a couple of us who share the responsibilities. We do a lot of digital work, mostly things that involve a lot of research and writing. The building is usually quiet during the day because most people are out at their own jobs. We like the view from the third floor; it gives us something to look at when we need a break from the screens. We don't have any big signs outside or anything like that. It’s just a regular door with a small nameplate. We try to keep our work hours consistent, but sometimes we end up working late into the night if a project is nearing a deadline. Mughakkad is a nice enough area, and there are some good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don’t do big fancy meetings or use corporate jargon. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a small, honest operation. We’ve found that this way of working suits our style much better than a traditional office environment.
