Skillswarm Solutions Private Limited

Skillswarm Solutions Private Limited is based out of Thiruvananthapuram, specifically on Pipeline Road in Kowdiar. It’s a nice enough area. Our office is at TC-4/926, and it’s called Sarachand. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out solutions for the projects we have on hand. It can get a bit technical, but we try to keep things simple between us. The team is small, so we all know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late on a Monday morning. Pipeline Road is usually busy, but inside it stays relatively quiet so we can actually get things done. We don’t really have a big corporate story or anything like that. We just started working here and kept going. Some of us live close by, while others have a bit of a commute through the city traffic. The building itself is okay, nothing too fancy but it has enough space for our desks and the server stuff. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the cables get a bit messy under the desks. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most days are just about hitting the next milestone and making sure the lights stay on. We like being in this part of town because it feels like there is always something happening outside. It’s a regular place with regular people doing their best to finish the work.
