Our shop is on HS Road in Kazhakuttom, located in the Santhabhavan building. It’s a small place, kp14/510 if you’re looking for the exact door number on the wall. We deal with computers and all sorts of tech stuff. It’s usually full of tangled cables, half-opened laptops, and various spare parts scattered around the tables. Most of the time, one of us is sitting at the workbench with a soldering iron or trying to recover some lost files from a dead hard drive. The air conditioning unit is a bit noisy, but we definitely need it for the machines to stay cool. People from the neighborhood drop by with their broken phone screens or when their home internet stops working. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights, just a simple sign out front. It’s often a bit disorganized inside because there is always a new project coming in before we can finish the last one. We've been in Kazhakuttom for a while now, seeing the whole area grow with all the new tech parks nearby. We are just a local alternative for folks who don't want to deal with the big service centers. Sometimes we stay quite late to finish a repair for a student who needs their laptop for an exam the next morning. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to fix the gadgets that people rely on every single day.
