We've been at D 18/I in Sreechithral Nagar for a while now. It's a quiet enough spot in Edapazhinji, right near Vazhacadu Post. Most days start with us opening up and checking what jobs came in overnight. It’s mostly tech stuff, the kind of things that need a bit of patience to figure out. People around here know where to find us if they have a problem with their setups. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered with wires and parts, but that's just how it goes when you're busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started out. Usually, someone is always around if you drop by during the day. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to actually fixing the gear. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the work sitting on the bench. If a part is missing, we go get it. If something is broken, we try to see why. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. We’re just regular folks working here in the Edapazhinji area, trying to keep things running for whoever walks through the door. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us on our toes and we like that.
