Relance

Relance is based out of S.L. Villa, which is House No 14 in the Co-Operative Housing Garden. We are located in the Mannammoola area, near Perurkada P.O, with the pin code 695005. This is in Trivandrum. It is a very local setup, right in the middle of a housing colony. This means we are surrounded by families and neighbors going about their daily lives. The office is basically part of the villa. It isn't a huge corporate space with hundreds of employees. Instead, it is a small team working out of a residential neighborhood. We like it this way because it feels more personal. You won't find any marble lobbies or security guards here. Just a gate and a front door like any other house in the Co-Operative Housing Garden. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside while we are trying to finish up some paperwork. It keeps things grounded. We handle our business from here every day. The road to Mannammoola is easy to navigate once you know the area. We have been at House No 14 for a good amount of time now. The workspace is a bit cramped with all the files and computers we have packed in, but it works for what we need. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just focus on the tasks at hand. It is a simple, honest way to run things in this part of town, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
