You can find us at Vandanam on Chaitanya Lane in Monvila. It’s part of the Kulathoor post office area in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a bit of a residential feeling area, which makes coming to work feel less like a chore. We started Qubelin Technologies because we wanted to work on our own terms. The office is basically just a house that we turned into a workspace. It’s got a lot of character, maybe a few squeaky floorboards here and there, but it works for us. We spend our days here in this part of Kerala, mostly looking at screens and talking through different projects. There’s no dress code or anything formal. We usually just show up in whatever’s comfortable and get to work. Most of us take our lunch breaks together in the small kitchen area. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but we don't mind. We’ve put a lot of hours into this place, and it feels like we’re part of the local fabric now. Monvila is a nice place to be, away from the heavy traffic of the main city but still close enough if we need to head in. We just like solving things and building stuff without making a big deal out of it. It’s practical, simple, and it's where we choose to be every single day. The lane outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional delivery bike. We’ve spent a lot of rainy afternoons here just listening to the water on the roof while we type.
