Our place is called Pems and we are located right in the Ooruttambalam area of Trivandrum. It’s a quiet spot at Muthiyara Veedu in Krishnapuram. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and most of the people who live around here know who we are. We do a bit of everything when it comes to the technical side of things. It is not a massive corporate office with glass walls, just a local setup where we handle our daily tasks and talk to folks. The post office is nearby which is very handy for us when we have to send out documents. We started this because there was a need for these services in our part of town. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy during the monsoon and we have to pause for a bit, but we always get back to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone fancy. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. We spend a lot of time on site or at our desks figuring out the best way to fix problems for people. Anyone can drop by for a chat or to ask about a project they have in mind. We answer the phone ourselves and handle all the filing too. It is a simple way of working but it has suited us for years.
