Orange Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is run out of House No: Tc-14/103 in the Kuamara area of Thiruvananthapuram. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big office building, which makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve been working from here for a bit now, handling different small ventures and local projects. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign out front or a glass entrance. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us sitting around some computers or talking on the phone in what used to be a living area. We like it this way because it keeps our costs down and we don't have to deal with city traffic as much. Thiruvananthapuram is a beautiful place, and being in a spot like Kuamara feels very local. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our calls, but that’s just life in a real neighborhood. We don't have any corporate jargon to throw around. We just try to find good opportunities and work on them steadily. Our desks are a bit of a mess with notebooks and chargers scattered everywhere. We don't really have a set closing time; we just work until the job is finished for the day. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company, and it suits our style perfectly. We just keep things moving and focus on the tasks at hand.
