We have computers, desks, and a lot of cables running around. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We do informatics work, which basically means we spend a lot of time with data and software. There are a few of us here every day. We don't really have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in casual clothes. It makes the work day a bit easier. Neeramankara is a nice neighborhood. We can get what we need from the local shops nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. We just focus on doing our work correctly. It’s a simple life. We come in, do what needs to be done, and then go home. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We just like solving problems and keeping our small team going. It works for us and we’re happy with the setup we have.
