Lafreen Initiatives Private Limited

Our office is at Sulaikha Manzil, which is up in North Kazhakuttom. If you know the area near the post office in Trivandrum, we are not too far from there. It is a quiet enough spot, mostly houses around us. We run Lafreen Initiatives from this building. It is not like those big glass offices you see in the city center. It feels more like a home, which is fine by us. We spend most of our time here working on different projects. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, but then the local traffic picks up and you hear the bikes going past. We have been in Thiruvananthapuram for some time now. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fans running high. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in and we talk about what needs doing. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks and our computers and that is about it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless there is a strike or heavy rain. We just try to do our work well and keep things organized. It is a small team here, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't really have big meetings, just quick chats over tea in the small kitchen area. Usually, we are too busy to notice the time passing until the sun starts to go down behind the trees nearby.
