Our place is called Nandanam, located at 323C in the Andoorkonam area. It’s part of Iroopara in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a bit outside the main city rush, which we actually prefer. The air is a bit cleaner and it’s quieter for thinking. We’ve been here for some time now, working on various tech projects. The office isn't anything fancy, just a converted space that fits our needs. We have our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone. Most of our time is spent looking at code or talking about how to solve a specific problem. We don’t do big presentations or wear suits to work. It’s a very casual environment. We might have a tea break under the trees outside when things get too stressful. Andoorkonam is a nice community. Everyone kind of knows everyone else. We like being the local tech guys. It took us a while to get everything set up just right, and there’s always something that needs fixing in the office. But it’s our space. We started Iqv Technologies because we wanted to work on our own terms. It’s been a lot of late nights and early mornings. We don't make big promises, we just try to do decent work every day. If you’re looking for the office, just ask for 323C Nandanam and someone will point you the right way. We're usually there until late most evenings.
