We’ve converted parts of it into an office where we can do our work without being bothered by too much noise. We spend our time on various projects, usually involving a lot of problem-solving and planning. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we do. The team is local, and we don't bother with corporate suits or formal meetings. We just sit around and talk about what needs to happen next. Sometimes we have tea and discuss things informally. It’s a very relaxed way to run a business. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just want to keep the place running and do a decent job for whoever needs us. Aryanad is a quiet place, which suits our pace of work. We aren't in a rush to become a huge company. We just like having our own space to innovate and work. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that’s plenty for us. Actually, we quite like the quiet here most of the time.
