We are located on Elappakuzhi Road in the Kazhakkoottam area. It’s a part of town that has seen a lot of changes lately, especially with all the tech growth nearby. We aren't a big flashy company. It’s just us working out of a modest office. We deal with various property matters, trying to help people find land or office spaces that fit what they need. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving around the local roads. Kazhakkoottam can get quite busy, so we spend a fair bit of time in traffic. We don't use a lot of fancy talk when we describe a place. We just tell you what the square footage is and what the neighbors are like. It feels more honest that way. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan with a deal, and we just have to work through the problems. That’s just the nature of real estate. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just know the local market and try to give people the right information so they can make their own choices. It’s a straightforward business for us, and we like staying close to our roots on Elappakuzhi Road. We try to be helpful without making things overly complicated for anyone. We just want to make sure the property is what the person expects when they actually walk in.
