Our office is tucked away in Kazhakuttom, right near the Block Office in Trivandrum. The building name is Dhanyalayam, and it sits near Arunkumar C. It is a bit of a different setting than those big software parks you see nearby. Here, it feels much more like a local neighborhood. We handle software services from this location for Ibs Software Services Pvt Ltd, but our daily life is pretty grounded. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day looking at screens. The area is decent, and being near the Block Office makes it easy for people to give directions to anyone visiting. It's not a high-rise building, just a more modest structure that fits right into the Kerala landscape. Sometimes the rain gets really loud on the roof during the monsoon, and we all have to talk a bit louder to be heard. We have a small area where we take our breaks and maybe eat some snacks from home. The office isn't perfectly tidy; there are cables here and there and stacks of papers on some of the desks. We just focus on getting the work done. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time. We know the people who work in the nearby offices. It is a simple place to work without all the bells and whistles of a big corporate headquarters. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families in the evening.
