Greatway Solutions

Our office is tucked away on Nedumkadu Road in Karamana. It's a fairly quiet street compared to the main road, which is nice for getting work done. Greatway Solutions has been running from here in Thiruvananthapuram for some time now. We handle a lot of different tasks every day. Some days we are stuck behind computers for hours, and other days we're out meeting people or checking on stuff. The office is just a simple space with a few desks and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn't any complicated hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed. If a printer breaks, one of us fixes it. If a client has a question, whoever picks up the phone helps them out. It’s a very local way of working. We know the 695002 area like the back of our hands. Working in Karamana feels right because it’s a community we understand. We just focus on the day-to-day jobs and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We are usually here from morning until late evening, making sure everything is in order before we head home. Sometimes we have lunch together at the small shop around the corner when the work is heavy.
