Doxiqor Technologies Private Limited

Doxiqor Technologies Private Limited is based out of Maneesh Villa. It is up in the Sanrock Cliff area of Karakulam. If you know the road towards Trivandrum, you know it can get a bit hilly around here. We are in TC 5/723. It’s more of a house than a formal glass building. That makes it feel a bit more relaxed, I guess. We aren’t trying to be the next big thing you read about in the news. We just wanted a place to work on tech stuff without the noise of the main city. Sometimes it is very quiet, which is nice when you need to focus. Other times, the silence is a bit much. We’ve got a small group here. Everyone knows everyone. It’s not about having fancy meetings. It’s more about sitting around and figuring out how to fix a bug or get a project moving. We don’t spend much on decorations. The walls are mostly bare and the chairs are just okay. People sometimes get lost trying to find Maneesh Villa because the turns can be tricky. But once they get here, they see it’s just a regular house where work happens. We drink a lot of tea. We talk about regular stuff like the weather or the local news. It’s a practical setup for us. No one wears a suit here. We just show up and get through the tasks. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping the lights on.
