Our place is over at Sudharsana Cottage, right in the Chenkavila Ayira P O area of Neyyattinkara. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, though you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while now, and the building has become pretty familiar to us. It’s not a big glass office or anything like that, just a regular cottage where we’ve set up our desks and computers. The rooms are a bit small, but we make it work. Most mornings, we start by opening up the windows to let some air in before the heat really kicks in. There is a tea shop not too far away that we walk to when we need a break from the screens. The postman usually drops things off around eleven, and he always has a quick chat with whoever is near the door. We don't have any big signs out front or anything fancy to show off. It is just a bunch of us working on what needs to be done. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, which happens more than you’d think. We just deal with it and keep going. The walls are a simple off-white and we have some old calendars hanging up. It feels like a normal house because that is basically what it is. We like being in this part of town because it is away from the main rush.
