Comput India

Comput India is located on the Kesavadasapuram Ulloor Road in Thiruvananthapuram. Our specific building number is Tc 2/ 45/4. If you look across the street, you’ll see the FCI building, which is the easiest way to tell people where we are. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a row of desks with computers and a lot of tangled wires tucked away underneath. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but everything works. The air feels a bit different inside because of all the machines running. We spend most of our day here, typing away or helping someone fix a software issue. The windows look out onto the road, so we see the traffic moving back and forth all day. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to the hum of the city. We keep a kettle in the back for making coffee when we have a long afternoon ahead. The walls are a neutral color, and we have a few posters about computer parts. There is a small area where people can wait, but it’s mostly just a few plastic chairs. It’s a working space through and through. We don't go in for fancy carpets or expensive paintings. We just focus on the screens and the tasks we have for the day. It’s a local business where we know most of the people who walk through the door.
