Our office is tucked away in Villa 11 at Heera Gardens, which is over in the Pangappara area of Trivandrum. It is a quiet spot, mostly residential, which actually makes it a pretty good place to get some work done without too many distractions. Commrad Technologies has been operating from this location for some time now. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings in the city center. Instead, we have this house that we converted into a workspace. It feels a lot more comfortable that way, honestly. Most of the guys here are into coding and managing tech projects for our clients. We spend a lot of time on our computers, as you might expect. Sometimes the Kerala rain makes the garden look really nice, though it can make the commute a bit of a mess. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area we set up. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just sit down and figure out the technical problems that come our way. If someone needs a hand with a bug or a server issue, they just ask the person sitting next to them. It works out well for us. Living and working in Trivandrum has its own pace, and we’ve grown to really like it here in Pangappara. It's a decent place to build stuff.
