Codeart Technologies Private Limited

We are over at Flat No. 3F in the Heera West Court building. It is in the Vanchiyoor P.O. area. Codeart Technologies Private Limited has been operating from this apartment for a while now. It is a bit like a home office but more official since we have the whole team here. Being on the third floor, we get a decent view of the neighborhood. The elevator works most of the time, which is lucky. We have a few rooms filled with computers and the kitchen is mostly for making coffee. Vanchiyoor is a busy part of town, but once you are inside the flat, it stays pretty quiet. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. The neighbors are used to us by now. We try not to make too much noise, though sometimes we have long meetings that go late into the evening. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy lounge areas or bean bags. Just good chairs and desks that fit the rooms. The address is easy for deliveries, which helps when we order new parts or lunch. It feels like a small community inside the building. We just focus on our tech work and keep things moving. It is a good spot for a small company like ours to stay productive without all the corporate overhead. Most days it is just keyboards clicking and the occasional office joke.
