Aswas Infotech Private Limited is based at Karthika, Vivekananta Nagar in Balaramapuram P.O. We are in the Kottukal part of the area. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is good for us because we need the focus. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people and a human resources floor. We’re just a small group working out of this spot. The office is in a house named Karthika. It’s a simple setup. We have our computers, some chairs, and a small area for coffee breaks. We do infotech work, which basically means we spend our time on the internet or writing software for various things. Balaramapuram is a nice place to be. It’s not as busy as the main city, so we don’t have to deal with too much traffic or noise. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be finished before the day ends. Sometimes we have a lot to do, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We try to be practical about how we handle things. No one here is a big executive with a corner office. We all just pitch in and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a local business and we like being part of the community here in Vivekananta Nagar. Most of our day is spent making sure the tech we build works correctly.
