We are based at Kalyani Bhavan, specifically Crij-3 Dc 11/1780(1) in the Chara Chira area of Kowdiar. It is near the Heera Building here in Thiruvananthapuram. Kowdiar is a nice, well-kept part of town, and we have been lucky to have our office here for quite a while now. We do design work and find solutions for various building projects. Most days involve a lot of sitting at the computer or looking over plans with a cup of tea in hand. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have a flashy showroom or anything like that to show off. We just have a place where we can get our work done and meet with people who need our help with their projects. We like to keep things practical. When someone comes to us, we just look at what they have and tell them what we can realistically do. We do not use a lot of fancy words or try to sell them things that they do not really need. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps a lot when we need to concentrate on a tricky design or some complicated math. We are just local people working in the design field. We know the local area and the kind of things that work well in our specific climate. It is a small, honest business that we enjoy running every single day.
