We set up Arvensionarvension Technologies Llp here in Kallambalam. It’s a quiet spot near the post office. We spend most of our days at the Madhavam building. It is not a huge office but it works for us. A few of us got together to start this because we wanted to work on tech stuff without moving to a big city like Bangalore. Thiruvananthapuram is home. We handle a lot of different technical tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The office is easy to find if you know the area. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask what we are building. We do not have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. Most of the team lives nearby, so we do not have long commutes. We try to keep things simple here. If something breaks, we fix it. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We usually grab lunch from the local shops around the junction. Work keeps us busy from morning until evening. We do not really do big meetings. We just talk across the room. It’s more efficient that way for a small team like ours. We are just trying to make a living doing what we know how to do.
