Arine Digi Hub is located right in the Theerthapadam Building. If you know where the All India Radio station is in Vazhuthacaud, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy part of town but we like the energy. We do a lot of digital work here. It’s not always glamorous. Some days are just long hours sitting in front of monitors trying to get things to look right. We started this because we saw everything moving online and figured we should be a part of it. The office is decent, nothing too over the top. We have some good chairs and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. Most of the team lives nearby in Trivandrum. We don't have a lot of fancy titles or strict rules. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but once you step inside, it’s just us focusing on the screens. We take our breaks at the local shops nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't making grand promises or using big words to describe ourselves. We just do digital stuff and try to stay on top of the latest changes in the industry. That's the way it's been since we opened up here. We just like keeping things grounded and working hard every single day to keep the business going.
