Ansglobal Solutions Private Limited

We just moved into the New Building in Elippode, over in the Thirumala area. It still has that new smell to it, though we’ve already started cluttering up the desks with our stuff. Ansglobal Solutions is really just a group of people who wanted to work together in a place that wasn't too far from home. Thirumala is a great neighborhood and being in Elippode makes the commute pretty easy for most of us. We haven't bothered with much decor yet because we’ve been too busy actually working. There are times when the office is totally silent because everyone is so focused, and then someone tells a joke and we all stop for ten minutes. We don’t have a human resources department or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just order something from the place down the street or bring tiffins from home. It’s a simple way to run a business. We deal with global work but we do it from a very local perspective. We don't see the need for all that corporate polish that doesn't actually help get the job done. We just show up, do our best with the tasks we have, and try to be decent to the people we work with. It's not a complicated life, and that's exactly how we like it here in the new building. The sun hits the windows just right in the evening and it's a nice way to end the workday.
