Amsha Software Solutions Private Limited is based out of Vamaraj Residential on Chalakuzhy Lane in Pattom. It’s a bit of a residential area, which actually makes it a nice, quiet place to work on software without too many distractions. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. The office is basically a converted space that fits our needs well enough. We don't have a giant sign outside or anything flashy like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our rows of computers. We focus on building software and helping people out with their various technical issues. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy every day. Most of us have been working with software for quite a few years, so we have a decent idea of what we’re doing. We don't use a lot of industry jargon when we talk to people because it usually just confuses things more than it helps. We try to explain what’s going on in plain English so everyone understands. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything, from writing code to answering the phone when it rings. It’s a decent way to work, and we like being in Thiruvananthapuram. We just take things one day at a time and do our best.
