Aimspot Global Solution Private Limited is set up right on the 2nd floor of Diamond Plaza in Ottapalam. If you know Kanniyampuram, you probably know the building since it's a pretty central spot for folks around here. We've been operating from Door No. 31 for a while now. It’s not a huge office, but it fits what we need to get our work done every day. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets a bit slow, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. People often ask what we do exactly, and it’s just technical work for the most part. We started this because we wanted something local instead of traveling all the way to the bigger cities. Most of us live close by, so the commute isn't too bad unless there's a festival or something blocking the road. The office gets a bit of sun in the afternoon, which makes it warm, but we have fans and keep the windows open when it’s nice out. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with suits or big meetings. It’s mostly just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We’ve grown a bit since the start, but we still feel like the same small group of people just trying to make a living in Ottapalam without too much fuss.
