Thycaud has a good vibe to it, and the neighbors on N K Acharya Road are friendly enough. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from folks who live nearby and had a laptop go dark or a printer stop working. We give them a straight answer and tell them how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes we’re waiting on parts for a week, and other times we can get it done by lunch. That’s just the way it goes with tech. We keep it simple and try to be honest about what can actually be fixed and what’s probably seen its last day. Thycaud is changing, but this little stretch of N K Acharya Road stays pretty much the same. We don't plan on moving.
