Yasir Creations

Yasir Creations is located at 102 Pleasant Palace, which is right behind St Harry School in Mira Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the neighborhood. We work out of this flat, and it’s basically where all our designing and making happens. Since we are right behind a school, we hear the kids at recess and the bells ringing all day, which actually keeps the place feeling quite lively. Our workspace is full of fabrics, patterns, and various tools. It’s not the kind of place that’s been professionally decorated. We just put shelves where they fit and tables where we have space. Most of the time, the floor is covered in scraps and thread. It’s just how it is when you’re actually creating things. We’re a small team, and we spend most of our hours either cutting, sewing, or drawing out new ideas. People from the building often stop by to see what we are working on. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the pieces we are making. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to finish, but we’ve gotten used to working in a tight space. It’s a honest day's work for us. We just keep at it and try to stay organized as best as we can.
