Trekkingwithbirdy.Com is based over in Nerul, at NL / 417 in Sector 15. It’s not a huge office, just a simple space where we manage all the trekking stuff. Being in Sector 15 is handy because it’s a fairly central part of Nerul and easy for people to get to. The office is usually a bit of a mess with backpacks, tents, and sleeping bags waiting to be cleaned or packed. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re constantly heading out to the hills, things tend to pile up. Birdy is usually around, probably looking at trail maps or checking the weather reports for the upcoming weekend. The windows look out onto the street, and we get some nice sunlight in the afternoons. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on planning routes. We have a small table where we sit and drink coffee while talking about the last trip we took. The floor is a bit scratched from all the heavy gear, but we don't mind. It feels like a place where things actually happen, rather than just a boring office. Sometimes people drop by just to say hi or ask about the next trek. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the number 417. It’s a practical setup for people who spend more time outdoors than inside. We like it this way, without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
