You can find us at Shop No. 26 in Ganesh Tower. It’s on the ground floor on Dada Patil Road in Thane West. We are right opposite the railway station, so it gets very crowded outside with commuters all day. We do computer consultancy here. Most of the time, we are fixing software issues or helping people set up their systems. The shop is small and usually has a few computers taken apart on the benches. It’s a bit of a mess with cables and keyboards everywhere. Since we are so close to the station, people often drop off their laptops on their way to work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space for fixing tech stuff. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. Thane West is always moving fast. We try to keep up with the repairs as they come in. Sometimes we have a backlog of work, but we just go through it one by one. There isn't much room for a waiting area, so people usually just come back later. It’s a simple operation run by a couple of us who like computers. We don't use big words to explain things, just tell you what's broken and if we can fix it. It is usually busy but we try to keep things honest and get people back their devices as soon as we can. It’s hard work but we enjoy it.
