Max Software

Max Software is tucked away in unit A/404 of Manisha Palace. We are located in Vithalnagar, which is a decent part of Kalyan to be in. Our office isn't what you might expect from a software company. There are no bean bags or ping-pong tables here. It’s just a room with several computers and some very tired-looking chairs. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a quiet life for the most part. Occasionally, we hear the sounds from the street below, but we mostly just focus on the code. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just trying to build things that work properly. Most of us have lived in Kalyan for a long time, so we know the area well. We like the fact that we can work close to home. Sometimes people ask us why we don't move to a bigger city, but we like it here. It's practical and we have everything we need. We don't use a lot of tech jargon when we talk to people. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. If we can fix it, we say that too. It’s an honest way to run things, and it keeps life simple for everyone involved. We just keep writing code and solving problems as they come up.
