Newgen Tech

We are located at Suyog Society, specifically Plot No. 102 in the Panchpakhadi area. Newgen Tech is basically a small setup where we spend a lot of time staring at screens and dealing with various technical bits. Panchpakhadi is a nice enough neighborhood, though parking near Suyog Society can be a real headache some days. Our office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet, which is helpful when you are trying to concentrate on a difficult problem. We have wires and parts scattered around on some of the back tables. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The light in the office is okay, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on the monitors. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their stuff. Most days involve a lot of typing and the occasional frustration when something doesn't work the first time. We drink way too much coffee, to be honest. There is a small kitchenette area where the kettle is always on. People from the society walk by and sometimes wave, so it feels like a community spot. We don't have a corporate lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, someone just yells 'come in' if they hear a knock at the door. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We just do our work and head home when the job is done for the day.
