Our office is located inside the Lok Surabhi Complex at unit C4/104. We are situated right on the Kalyan Shil Road in Kalyan West. Being so close to Partipul makes it very easy for people to find where we are. It is a busy part of town with lots of shops and people moving around at all hours. We have been here for a long time and we have gotten used to the constant sound of the traffic outside. We are just a group of regular people who work together. There is nothing corporate or fancy about the way we do things. We do not have long meetings about big goals or company values. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we get to work on it. The complex is large, so we see many different people every day. Kalyan can be a bit of a tough place, but it is also very full of life. We try to stay organized even when things get a bit messy or chaotic in the streets. Our workspace is functional and very simple. We do not spend any money on decorations that do not help us do our jobs. We just need a quiet place to sit and get through the tasks. Most of us take the train or a local bus to get here. It is a practical setup for people who just want to work. We enjoy the local food nearby when we take our breaks.
