Our place at Wam India Pvt Ltd is at unit 401 in United Business Park, which sits on Road No 11 in the Wagle Industrial Estate. If you know this area, you know it's a real hub for all sorts of businesses. There are trucks coming in and out constantly, and the noise of industry is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. Getting here can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re not familiar with the turns, as some of the road signs aren't the clearest. Once you get to the fourth floor, things settle down a little bit. We have a decent space here. It’s not huge, but it fits what we need. We spend our time managing orders and talking to people on the site. There’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the warehouse area. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of all the work happening nearby, but that’s just part of being in an industrial estate. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. Most of the staff have been around for years, so we all know how each other likes their chai. It's a hardworking environment, nothing too fancy or over the top. We just focus on getting the day's tasks sorted so we can head home to our families in the evening.
