Our place is situated at 126, Block-1 in Hiranandani Meadows, over in the Pawar Nagar area of Thane West. It is a decent part of the city to be in. We work on steel moulds at Wada Steel Mould (India) Pvt. Ltd. and we’ve been doing it from this location for a while now. The office isn’t huge, but we have enough space for our equipment and a few desks. It’s a bit of a mix between a workshop and a regular office. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby to impress people. We just focus on the moulds and making sure they are done correctly. Hiranandani Meadows is a well-known neighborhood, so it is easy to give people directions to our block. The atmosphere around Pawar Nagar is usually quite busy with people going about their business. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other pretty well. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic in Thane can be a bit of a mess, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have any grand mission statements or fancy brochures. We just focus on the work that comes in and keeping things moving. It’s a practical and straightforward way to run a business in Thane West.
