We are Vrikshlife Agroforest Llp and you can find us in Thane. Our office is Unit No. 209 on the 2nd floor of Opal Square. It’s right opposite the old passport office in the Wagle Industrial Estate area. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks and people moving around outside. We focus on agroforestry, which is basically about trees and land. Since we are in an office building, we spend a lot of time on the computer looking at maps and planning out projects. It’s not all dirt and mud like people think when they hear the word forest. There is a lot of legal work and planning that goes into what we do. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don’t do big presentations with fancy lights. Usually, it’s just us explaining how the planting cycles work to someone who wants to use their land better. Being in Wagle Estate makes it easy for people to find us since it’s a well-known part of town. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s regular work for us, making sure the agroforestry side of things runs smoothly without too much fuss or complicated language. We keep the doors open and just get through the paperwork.
